Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw your contract agreement within a month in writing (i. e., letter, fax, e-mail) without giving any reasons, or - if the goods are delivered before the term - you may return the goods. The revocation deadline starts at the earliest at the day after receiving this instruction in written form, but not before the receipt of goods by the recipient (not before the receipt of the first partial delivery regarding recurring delivery of similar goods) and also not before fulfilling our duty to supply information according to paragraph § 312c, section 2, BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with § 1, sections 1, 2 und 4, BGB - InfoV, as well as according to our duties in accordance with § 312g, section 1, sentence 1, of the Civil German Code in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. In order not to exceed the withdrawal time limit the timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the goods is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of an effective revocation, both the received products or services are to be returned and, as the case may be, any benefits received as a result of such products or services (e.g. interest) are to be handed over. Should the customer not be able to return the derived profits and/or benefits (e. g. benefits from usage) or only return - respectively release - them partially or in a deteriorated condition the customer will be obligated to value replacement. For any deterioration of the merchandise and any benefit derived, a compensation is only required if usage or deterioration is due to improper use, which exceeds checking of characteristics and function. Meaning, the merchandise is checked as it is possible and customary in a shop. Goods not suitable for shipping via parcel post may be returned at our risk. The customer will have to bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered merchandise complies with the order, and the price of the item returned does not exceed 40 euros, or if the price is above 40 euros and the customer has not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of the cancellation. Otherwise the return delivery is free of charge for the customer. Items not able to be sent in a package shall be picked up. Requests for re-compensations for payments must be met within 30 days after sending the declaration of withdrawal or after returning the goods.The term starts for you with the sending of your notice of withdrawal or of the item and for us with the receiving of it.
End of the revocation notice
The power of revocation is not applicable if you are an entrepreneur under § 14 German Civil Code (BGB) and are engaged in commercial or freelance business activities at the time of the contract's conclusion.
