Laser cutting enables particularly clean contours and a high degree of dimensional accuracy. Straight edges, curves, cut-outs and complex shapes are reproduced precisely without subjecting the fabric to mechanical stress. While punching elastic fabrics results in significant tolerances due to the nature of the technology, our CAD-controlled laser achieves a cutting accuracy of 0.1 mm.
