At the moment, all signs point to a hard Brexit. Among other things, this means that trade between EU countries and the UK will most likely be subject to the WTO terms from 1 January 2021.
As sorry as we are for our many British friends, we will only be able to supply commercial customers in the UK in this case, as exporting under WTO trade rules involves considerable additional work and additional costs, for example for customs declarations. On top of this, there are additional cost risks for senders if a consignment cannot be delivered or is not accepted. For this reason, we do not deliver to private customers outside the EU.

However, we are still intensively on the search for a distribution partner in Great Britain to supply both private and business customers. This is because British business customers will no longer be able to simply order via our online shop. As in other countries outside the EU, we will only be able to offer and deliver EXW PIA to the UK after a hard Brexit. Unfortunately, we have already had to deactivate our offer on amazon.co.uk today. Amazon is currently granting its customers very long return periods as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, which means that we would face additional tax and customs risks in the event of a hard Brexit, which we are neither able nor willing to bear.
