A. Payment information:

I. For deliveries within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. prepayment by bank transfer

2. cash payment on collection

3. payment via PayPal

II. for deliveries outside Germany

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. prepayment by bank transfer

3. payment via PayPal

III Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. advance payment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 10 days, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during order processing.

2. cash payment on collection

You collect the goods from us yourself and pay in cash on site.

We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can collect the goods by making an appointment at the following address:

In this case no shipping costs will be charged.

3. PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:

1. select "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.

2. you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.

3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.

If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.

4. you will then be redirected back to us (www.akustikstoff.com).

B. Shipping costs and information:

In the overview below you can see the shipping costs for the respective country. The prices shown include 19% VAT and will be adjusted to the VAT rate applicable to your country when you place your order, depending on the delivery address selected.
