Occasionally, payments via PayPal or credit card may fail due to a temporary technical issue. Here’s how to still get your hands on the speaker fabric you need – quickly and reliably.Like almost all online shops, we use what’s called a Payment Service Provider. In our case, it’s PayPal. The PSP processes all digital payments by credit card or e-wallet on our behalf and forwards the money to us. It’s only through this setup that we can offer such a range of digital payment methods. The provider supplies the complex technical infrastructure and ensures the security of your sensitive data, which is routed not through our website but directly via their secure platform.
How digital payments actually work
For you, that means simple digital payment and fast dispatch. As soon as your payment goes through, we receive a confirmation within minutes and prepare your order for shipping.
To make this possible, our shop needs to connect to the PSP system at step 3 of checkout, when you confirm your order. Usually this connection happens in the background without a hitch – and without you ever noticing.

But in rare cases, the connection fails. The process stalls, and instead of the familiar "Confirm" button, you’ll just see three white dots on a grey background. This is often a temporary glitch on the PSP’s side and usually resolved quickly. In that case, just try again an hour later – most of the time, that’s all it takes.
Common causes of failure
However, sometimes the problem lies not with the PSP but with the link from our shop to their system. There can be various reasons for this. Most often, it’s your device’s security settings that block any connection to external services. A VPN, or certain settings from your internet provider, can also interfere. Another common issue is attempting to create a second customer account using an email address that’s already registered. For security reasons, our system will always block this.
The quick and easy workaround
No need to worry, though! There’s always a reliable fallback that ensures you’ll still get your
speaker cloth without delay: simply choose "Prepayment by invoice" as your payment method. This option works every time, because it doesn’t involve any external PSP. You’ll immediately receive an automatic order confirmation with our banking details. Then simply transfer the total amount. Within the EU, the payment usually reaches us within one working day, and we ship your order as soon as it arrives. Any delay in delivery is minimal – and in most cases not even noticeable.
