We’ll explain what’s going on and what you can do to get your hands on our sought-after acoustic fabric anyway.
“Hello, I’m looking to purchase 2 metres of your 2.0 water repellent fabric, but I am having an error when checking out. Are you able to ship to the United States?” Messages like this reach us regularly. And indeed: we’re unfortunately unable to serve every customer everywhere in the world. The reasons for this are varied, and the implications differ depending on the destination country. Here's a quick overview:
Delivery within the EU
As a rule, we only ship to private customers within the European Union. However, the various national implementations of the EU Packaging Regulation have created administrative nightmares and cost traps that make it economically unviable for us to continue shipping to private customers in all EU member states.You’ll find more detailed information in this blog post. Delivery to non-EU European countries
Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway are members of the EFTA, but not of the EU. While there are customs agreements in place under the EFTA framework, logistics in these countries is far more complex than within the EU.We do supply business customers with regular order volumes – but unfortunately, we cannot deliver to private individuals. If you’re a business customer, feel free to get in touch directly.
Special case: Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Private and business customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein can order our speaker fabrics directly from our Swiss online shop www.akustikstoff.ch
Special case: United Kingdom
Since Brexit, the UK is no longer part of the EU or EFTA – and it has also introduced special textile tariffs. We only serve business customers in the UK who place qualifying volume orders.
However, as the UK now has a free trade agreement with Australia, private customers may place their order via our Australian distribution partner.

If you’re a private customer living in a country we unfortunately don’t ship to directly, consider whether you have relatives, friends or business contacts in a country we do serve.They can place an order on your behalf and forward it to you. The billing and shipping addresses are what counts, the payment can still come from you.
