Payment and shipping
A. Shipping costs and information:
Shipping of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped via Hermes, GLS, DPD, UPS, DHL, or a freight forwarder. The respective shipping costs can be found in the following.
I. Shipping within Germany:
Standard shipping
Up to a gross value of €100 the standard shipping costs amount to a flat rate of €6.
If the gross value of the goods exceeds €100, we will ship free of charge throughout Germany using standard shipping.
Orders of samples are shipped free of charge with standard shipping. For combined orders, the aforementioned costs apply.
Premium shipping
If you wish to use premium shipping, where you can choose between DHL and UPS. Please note that additional charges as stated during checkout will apply.
Express shipping
If you wish to use express shipping with prioritised processing, these shipments will be sent exclusively by UPS and the following costs will be charged:

II. Shipping outside Germany
We ship to the following countries:

Note: If you want to order from another country, please see section C below.
Standard shipping
Up to a gross value of €100, the standard shipping costs are €8.90.
If the gross value of the goods exceeds €50, we will ship free of charge with standard shipping.
Orders of samples are shipped free of charge with standard shipping. For combined orders, the aforementioned costs apply.
Premium shipping
If you wish to use premium shipping, where you can choose between DHL and UPS, the following costs will be charged:
Premium shipping DHL: €15,30 *
Premium shipping UPS: €12,30
* Not all items are eligible for DHL shipping. The option may not be available for some items or quantities.
Express shipping
If you request express shipping with prioritised processing, these items will be shipped exclusively by UPS and the following charges will apply:
Up to 2 kg: €37
Up to 20 kg: €85
B. Payment information:
I. For shipments within Germany
We offer the following payment options for deliveries within Germany unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
1. prepayment by bank transfer
2. cash payment upon collection
3. payment via PayPal
II. For shipments outside Germany
We offer the following payment options for deliveries outside Germany unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
1. prepayment via bank transfer
2. Cash payment at collection
3. payment via PayPal
III. Detailed information on payment options
1. Prepayment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 10 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email during the order process.
2. Cash payment at collection
You collect the goods at our warehouse and pay in cash on the spot.
We will first inform you by email that the ordered goods are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
3. PayPal
Only a few steps to payment:
1. choose "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.akustikstoff.com).
C Shipping to countries not listed above
If you want to order from an EU member country that is not listed above, shipping costs will be calculated individually. Please get in touch with us via email.
From outside the EU (including the UK after Brexit), we only accept bulk orders (i.e. total order value >€500). The only exception are samples. We can ship these directly for a flat rate of €50.
Regretfully, we can only accept orders from business customers and organisations outside the EU. We generally do not serve private customers outside the EU, no matter the order volume.
All offers and deliveries to non-EU countries are generally DAP our warehouse PIA. This means that we make orders ready for collection at our warehouse immediately after payment while the customer needs to commission a shipping company or express service with the collection and transport of the shipment. We provide all required information about a shipment once custom clearance is on hand and it is ready for collection.
