Payment and Shipping

A. Payment information:

I. For shipments within Germany
We offer the following payment options for deliveries within Germany unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
1. prepayment by bank transfer
2. cash payment upon collection
3. payment via PayPal

 
II. For shipments outside Germany
We offer the following payment options for deliveries outside Germany unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
1. prepayment via bank transfer
2. Cash payment at collection
3. payment via PayPal


III. Detailed information on payment options

1. Prepayment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 10 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email during the order process.

2. Cash payment at collection
You collect the goods at our warehouse and pay in cash on the spot.
We will first inform you by email that the ordered goods are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.


3. PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:

1. choose "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary. 
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.akustikstoff.com).


B. Shipping costs and information:

The overview below shows the shipping costs for the EU countries we ship to. Indicated prices include German VAT. As VAT rates differ in the various countries, VAT will be adjusted to the VAT rate applicable at the delivery address when you place your order.

Please note that several products may not be suitable for delivery with all parcel service providers or not be eligible for shipping to your country at all. Hence, some shipping options may not be available for certain items or quantities.
